Tashkent city suffers from heavy rains

There were traffic jams in some streets and automobile tunnels. Some roads were closed and by-passes were organized. There was no electricity in some districts of the Uzbek capital.

The pedestrians cannot walk on the streets and underground tunnels due to floods. According to some reports, some underground stations also suffered from heavy rains.

City services and emergency services adopted measures to eliminate consequences of the heavy rains. Situation in Tashkent is normalized now.
