During two-day training, the specialists of Central Bank, Microcreditbank, Asaka Bank, Ipoteka Bank, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan provided information on doing business to the girls and boys.
Representatives of some commercial banks organized seminars, during which young people presented their business projects.
Over 200 young people participated in district stages of the project from 15 March to 15 April 2014 and fifty of them qualified to the city stage.
Chairperson of Tashkent city council of UzLiDeP Turabek Nazarov said that importance of the project is increasing each year. Last year, some 20 project graduates received soft loans for 337.9 million to launch their businesses, which helped to create about 100 new jobs, he added.
Student of economic faculty of National University of Uzbekistan Oksana Tagaeva presented a business project on production of silver iodinized painting, which will help to disinfect air from bacteria.
Anashon Igamov, a student of faculty of economy of foreign states of Tashkent state oriental institute, wants to launch internet system “Onlayn Doktor” (Online Doctor) and developed a business plan.
