Syrdarya Delegation Begins Working Visit to Tianjin

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Syrdarya region, led by khokim Erkinjon Turdimov, has begun a working visit to the Chinese city of Tianjin.

The first day of the visit focused on practical meetings and familiarization with advanced technologies. The regional leadership visited the China–SCO Green Industry Cooperation Center, a digital economy platform, Phytium Information Technology, the international medical equipment trading platform center, as well as a number of major enterprises and organizations.

During the visit, negotiations were held on cooperation in digital economy and data management, high-tech industrial zones, information technology and cybersecurity, innovative manufacturing, e-procurement, and medical infrastructure. Meetings also took place with representatives of 360 Technology Group and Tianjin Haitai Internet Technology.

The visit is aimed not only at gaining insights but also at launching concrete cooperation initiatives. Practical steps have already been initiated for the Syrdarya region to attract investment, implement modern management solutions, and adopt new technologies.
