Sumec International Technology Considers Investments in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between Deputy Minister Ilzat Kasimov and Mr. Hu Haijing, Chairman of the Chinese company Sumec International Technology.
During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for Sumec’s participation in the implementation of industrial projects in Uzbekistan, including equipment supply and the provision of financial solutions.
The Uzbek side presented the country’s investment opportunities and new proposals for joint projects in the agricultural and metallurgical sectors. It also expressed interest in leveraging Sumec’s platforms and expertise to promote Uzbek products on the Chinese market.
As a result of the meeting, the sides agreed to maintain regular dialogue and develop specific initiatives, opening new prospects for strengthening economic and industrial cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
