Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Regulation on the procedure for granting subsidies to livestock, poultry and fish farms for products grown and sold by them was approved by a Government resolution.
According to the Regulation, subsidies are allocated to persons who are VAT payers in the following amounts:
- to poultry farms - 50 soums for each egg grown and sold on their own farms, and 1,000 soums - per kilogram of poultry meat;
- to livestock farms - 2,000 soums per kilogram of live weight and 200 soums per liter of milk from cattle and small ruminants raised on their own farms;
- fish farms - 3,000 soums per kilogram of intensively reared cold-water fish (salmon, trout and sturgeon), other fish species - 1,000 soums.
The subsidy is allocated in the absence of VAT arrears, as well as when the counterparty is registered with the tax authorities as a VAT payer.
The recipients of the subsidy apply to the representative of the regional center "Chorvanasl" through the website of the State Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry my.vetgov.uz.
Upon application, the subsidy will be paid by the 25th day of the next month.
There are no subsidies for the export of livestock, poultry and fishing products.
