Submission of an application for apostilling official documents issued by educational and scientific institutions

The result of this service is acquiring the "apostille" stamp on the original or notarized copy of educational qualifications.

This service is available for individuals registered on the Single portal.

To obtain this service, applicant needs to provide scanned copies of official documents given by educational institutions (diploma, high school diploma, certificate), the receipt of payment for the service or the trust letter copy from a state authority.

In its turn, the State testing center renders the following:

1. Designs apostille for the official documents issued by the educational institutions;

2. Verifies official documents issued by the educational institutions.
