Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - With the assistance of the Scientific and Practical Center for the Implementation of Innovative Developments under the Ministry of Innovative Development, students of the Turin Polytechnic University have created a universal robot NovAssistant.
This is the first project implemented with the support of specialists from the robotics laboratory, organized in the new building of the Ministry of Innovative Development. The members of the team that created the robot - Daler Mardonov (project manager), Saidakbarhon Pulatov (programmer), Saidazizkhon Saidaloyev (designer), Saidalokhon Ergashkhojazoda (mechanic).
The creation of a universal robot assistant will help to facilitate everyday tasks in such areas as medicine, entrepreneurship, education, tourism, as well as increase jobs for people with disabilities. The robot assistant can not only communicate, but also express emotions, be an assistant in the office or at home.
At the request of the customer, you can create a robot in a unique look and add additional functions - artificial intelligence, face recognition, control of devices in the room. The robot can be controlled via the app or by voice.
The expected result from the implementation of this project is the development of innovative technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan, thereby introducing robotic assistants in the fields of tourism, entrepreneurship, medicine and education. The project will attract young innovators to the development of robotics, and new jobs will be created. A reduction in imports and an increase in domestic production development in the field of robotics will be achieved.
The average cost of such robots abroad is 180 million soums. Domestic robotic assistants will cost about 25-45 million soums, depending on the configuration
