State share in Dori-Darmon transferred to US company for management

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Center under the State Committee on Competition of Uzbekistan signed a trust management agreement with a subsidiary of United Investment Healthcare Group (USA).

As part of the document, the American company will receive the state share in Dori-Darmon (71% of the authorized capital of the company).

A decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10.22.2018. No. 849 envisages the transfer state stake in Dori-Darmon to a foreign enterprise United Investment Healthcare Group LLC for management.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers also determined that the payment for the services of the management company is established in the form of monthly remuneration from the monthly revenue and bonus.

At the same time, the bonus amount is calculated from the amount of net profit of Dori-Darmon depending on the fulfillment of the business plan parameters, as well as on the amount of net profit received in excess of the amount set by the business plan due to the portion of dividends accrued on the state share of Dori-Darmon for the year.
