Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 16 December, Tashkent hosted a ceremony of delivering 33 new Damas cars to regional departments of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Environmental Protection.

They were purchased under the Agreement on gratuitous technical assistance and cooperation, signed in August this year between the State Committee for Ecology, the Representative Office of His Highness Sheikh Safe Sheikh Ben Zayed Al Nahyan (United Arab Emirates) and the Authorized Person for the Organization and Conducting of Hunting by Foreign Citizens - Falcon Hunting LLC Solutions.

A tripartite document was adopted to strengthen the material and technical base of the committee and its units in order to effectively develop the environmental protection system.

The event was attended today by the Chairman of the State Committee for Ecology Bahrom Kuchkarov, the Executive Director of the aforementioned representative office, Mr. Raed Ismail Nazhar, the staff of the committee, Falcon Hunting Solutions LLC and the media. The ceremony of handing over the keys to the cars, which will soon be distributed between the regional inspections of the committee in all regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, was held.

The representation of His Highness Sheikh Safe Ben Zayed Al Nahyan will continue to provide free technical assistance in providing the State Committee for Ecology with necessary equipment or other property. The current purchase of cars is the first phase of the implementation of the agreement.

Under the agreement, the parties also plan to cooperate in organizing training seminars for specialists in leading foreign centers and nurseries breeding rare fauna, and on financing activities related to the study of world experience in the conservation, reproduction and rational use of biodiversity. Falcon Hunting Solutions LLC helps in coordinating technical assistance issues, conducting research, monitoring, accounting for bustard-beauty and other rare and endangered species of animals.
