In the result of studies, about 90.3% of written appeals were solved in favour of consumers and about 767.4 million soums were returned to them (629.3 million soums in 9 months of 2013).
Measures were adopted on about 55.5% of telephone appeals and consumers received 76.8 million soums in nine months of 2014 (111.6 million soums in 9 months of 2013) and explanations were given on 44.5% of appeals.
