Start Dates for the 2025/2026 Academic Year Announced for Universities and Lyceums in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has announced the start dates for the 2025/2026 academic year for universities and academic lyceums.

Classes for lyceum students and first-year university students will begin on September 3.

Students in their second year and above will start their studies on September 8.

A special program has been planned for first-year students, which includes activities as part of the “Week of Introduction to the Credit-Module System,” as well as the traditional ceremonial event, the “Student Initiation.”
