Sport fields constructed in Uzbek mahallas

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A joint campaign of the Forum of Social Responsible Citizens and Mahalla Charity Foundation, held at the support of local administrations, on reconstruction of children sport fields and constriction mini stadium in settlements in Uzbekistan is coming to an end.

Currently over 100 modern sport fields were constructed and reconstructed across Uzbekistan. Some 200 sport objects will be commissioned soon.

The campaign started on 1 June 2013 and it is dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of Independence Day of Uzbekistan. The Forum of Social Responsible Citizens united representatives of public, citizens, businesses and youth to reconstruct and construct sport fields.

Within the campaign, the Forum of Social Responsible Citizens helped to modernize sport fields and planted trees and flowers. The project will help youth to engage with sports and strengthen their health.
