Specialists of Uzbekneftegaz to improve their professional skills abroad

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – About 18 employees of enterprises and organizations of the Uzbekneftegaz, who became winners of the second scholarship competition of the Fund "El-Yurt umidi" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, received a chance to improve their professional skills abroad.

Recruitment for training in various areas of doctoral, master’s, advanced training and internships abroad was announced in the framework of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the organization of the Fund "El-Yurt umidi" for training abroad and dialogue with compatriots under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" from 25 September 2019.

More than 40 employees of the oil and gas industry in popular areas were recommended to participate in the competition held by the Fund.

Analysis of the results of the competition showed that 209 people won the competition, including 39 (19%) – workers in the field of science and research, 65 (31%) – health, 44 (21%) – public administration, 61 (29%) – promising sectors of the economy, which included 18 employees of the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan.

The award ceremony was held at the Palace of culture of Tashkent state University of Economics. As part of the event, the Director of the Fund "El-Yurt umidi" Adam Bekmuradov handed the appropriate certificates to employees of the oil and gas industry.
