Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The comprehensive measures taken to combat coronavirus in Uzbekistan and, most importantly, the conscious transition of our citizens to the regime of "self-isolation" and the principle of "social distance" made it possible to control the spread of infection.

In order to maintain the effectiveness of quarantine measures, it is reported that restrictive measures (quarantine) introduced by the Special Republican Commission before 20 April 2020, as well as an enhanced procedure for countering the spread of coronavirus infection, are extended until 10 May 2020.
