Special Representative of President of Serbia visits Uzbekistan

Zoran Vujic held talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 7 August 2017.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the parties discussed issues of bilateral relations.

During the meeting, the main emphasis was placed on promising areas for development of cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other fields.

The parties considered the course of joint work on formation of a contractual and legal platforms for Uzbek-Serbian cooperation.

The Serbian side was invited to the international conferences "Central Asian Renaissance in the History of World Civilization" and "Central Asia: One Past and a Common Future, Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Mutual Prosperity", which will be held in August and November 2017 in Samarkand.
