This system appeared as a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It will help to drastically reduce the time of making calls, transferring them to the appropriate ambulance brigades and the arrival of the brigade at the address. A structured information collected as a result of the implementation of the system will allow you to collect big data for further analysis and use of these analytical materials to make decisions.
This new system allows to call not only through a landline and mobile phone, but also using a special mobile application. Even hearing-impaired and deaf-mute people can independently call an ambulance through this application. Now the dispatcher completely registers the call in a computer in a matter of seconds, and the computer system automatically transfers the call to that free team that is closest to the place of the call. The integrated GPS geolocation function shows the location and status of each team.
This system automatically records the consumption of drugs, medical devices and fuel. Automatically collects statistical information about calls made for a certain period of time, their types, patients. The capabilities of this system have been tested by experts from Russia, the USA, European countries and China, it is proved that they fully meet modern requirements.
