Special commission to recognize employees of the internal affairs bodies as dead or disabled
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice registered a regulations on the procedure for recognizing employees of internal affairs bodies as dead or disabled due to injuries resulting from the fight against terrorism and crime, as well as in connection with ensuring public safety.
In accordance with the regulation, the recognition of employees of the internal affairs bodies as dead or disabled is carried out by the Special Commission.
The internal affairs bodies of the region send to the internal affairs bodies of the region information about the killed or disabled employees and their family members.
Regional interior affairs departments create data for each employee and sent to the Special Commission.
- The special commission, having considered the available materials, makes one of the following decisions on:
- recognizing a former employee as a deceased (disabled) person in the fight against terrorism and crime;
- recognizing a former employee as deceased (disabled due to injury) for reasons not related to the fight against terrorism and crime.
Children of employees who have died or become disabled while fighting against terrorism and crime and ensuring public safety are given recommendations for admission to relevant higher and secondary specialized educational institutions.
