Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In order to prevent the penetration and spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan has officially notified the aviation authorities and companies of the Republic of Korea about the introduction of temporary restrictive measures in air communication between the two countries from 1 March 2020.

The number of flights is reduced to 1 flight per week. Arrivals arriving in Uzbekistan from South Korea will be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival.

As the situation with the spread of coronavirus stabilizes, the number of flights between the two countries will be restored.
