South Korean Ambassador Visits Vocational Training Center in Fergana Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan, Mr. Won Do-yeon, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Ulsan Center for Training Highly Qualified Personnel, established with the support of the city of Ulsan. Notably, this center is located within the premises of the Fergana Vocational Training Center, which was inaugurated in 2022 with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

The ambassador familiarized himself with the center’s working conditions and educational processes, noting the high level of organization and equipment.

Won Do-yeon emphasized that the project contributes to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea and expressed hope for its further development and expansion.

During the visit, an open dialogue was held with the center’s participants, during which the ambassador answered questions from young specialists and wished them success in their professional growth and future careers.
