Slovak envoy holds talks with head of SCO RATS

At the meeting, the Slovak envoy familiarized with history of the SCO, its structure and tasks of the SCO RATS Executive Committee in fighting international terrorism, separatism ad extremism, its contacts with international organizations, specializing in anti-terrorism operations.

The sides exchanged opinion on military-political situation in Afghanistan and Middle East, threat of terrorism and drug trafficking, originating from these territories. The sides discussed perspectives of developments of situation in Afghanistan and other international and regional safety in connection with withdrawal of international troops from the country.

Pavol Ivan expressed gratitude to the Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS for the meeting.
