This is envisaged by a presidential resolution on additional measures to enhance the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care.

The document notes that from 1 October 2019, the monthly allowance for special working conditions for official salaries of managers and educators of state specialized educational institutions for children with disabilities in physical or mental development is paid at a rate of 75 percent.

Employees of the guardianship and guardianship bodies are paid monthly compensation payments to cover transportation costs associated with the tasks assigned to them in the amount of 170,000 soums, with a subsequent increase not lower than the size of inflation.

Tutors of children’s homes, boarding schools for children with disabilities “Muruvvat” and children’s tuberculosis sanatoriums are subject to the basic wage rate provided for teachers of state pre-school educational institutions of the relevant category.

Parents-educators of a family-type orphanage base rate is calculated at twice the rate established for educators of Mehribonlik houses, with the cancellation of the current allowance for special working conditions and preservation of the procedure for granting annual vacations, benefits and guarantees established for educators of Mehribonlik homes.
