Silk Road Insurance registers shares for 4.277 billion soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock insurance company Silk Road Insurance registered a prospectus of emission for about 4.277 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of insurance company.
Within the emission, the company will place 32,229,500 ordinary and 36,500 preferential stocks with par value of 132.55 soums each. Total sum of the issue will make up 4.277 billion soums.
