Sherzod Shermatov becomes Minister of Public Education

Sherzod Shermatov was appointed to the post of the Minister of Public Education of Uzbekistan. Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Minister of Innovative Development. Shermatov succeeded Ulugbek Inoyatov.

Sarvar Babakhodjayev was appointed to the post of Acting Deputy Minister of Education. Before that, he worked as the rector of Inha University in Tashkent.

Atabek Nazirov and Alisher Umarov, who were deputy ministers of innovative development, also became acting Deputy Ministers of Education.
