Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Address UN General Assembly on September 23

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 23 September, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will speak at a session dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the United Nations.

His address is scheduled between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM New York time (10:00 PM to midnight Tashkent time).

This will mark the president’s fifth speech at the UN General Assembly. Between 2018 and 2025, on Uzbekistan’s initiative, the Assembly adopted 13 resolutions and supported dozens of proposals.

On the same day, speeches will also be delivered by the presidents of the United States, Turkey, the Republic of Korea, and the Central Asian countries.
