Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 24 July, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Nursultan Abishevich warmly congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, family well-being, and continued success, as well as peace, sustainable development, and prosperity to the brotherly people of Uzbekistan.

During the conversation, both sides noted with deep satisfaction the unprecedentedly high level of Uzbek-Kazakh relations of friendship, good neighborliness, strategic partnership, and alliance.

They emphasized the significant progress in the development of multifaceted cooperation between the two countries across all priority areas, which serves the fundamental interests of the peoples of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and contributes to strengthening stability and sustainable development in Central Asia.
