Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 17 June, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Astana at the invitation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to take part in the second "Central Asia – China" summit.

The upcoming summit will focus on key issues related to the development of multifaceted cooperation between the countries of the region and China, as well as pressing topics on the regional and international agenda.

During the visit, President Mirziyoyev is also scheduled to hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
