Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emomali Rahmon hold telephone conversation

Tajik President congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on the 60th anniversary of his birth.

Emomali Rahmon noted the fruitful activity of Shavkat Mirziyoyev as the Head of State in the field of ensuring sustainable social and economic development of Uzbekistan and strengthening his authority in the international arena.

The parties expressed interest in consistent expansion and improvement of the entire complex of Tajik-Uzbek relations of friendship, good-neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation, and expressed hope for joint promotion of this process.

The presidents considered efforts for progressive development of the partnership relations of the two countries.
