Shares of Jizzakh battery plant to be sold to investors

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan decided to sell 51% of the shares of the Jizzakh battery plant to foreign investors, the press service of the Ministry of Justice said.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution on measures for further development of the Jizzakh battery plant.

According to the document, 51% of shares of the Jizzakh battery plant will be sold to foreign investors.

The head of Uzbekistan instructed Uzavtosanoat (Uzbek Automobile Industry) to determine the market value of the package and put it on sale through the exchange.
