Servicewomen undergo examination in Tashkent

The campaign was organized by “In the Name of Life” National Breast Cancer Association and Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan. The examinations were held at Central military clinical hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan.

The campaign was aimed revealing women with breast cancer in early stage and raising knowledge of women on the issue.

During the examination, breast physicians examined 74 women and cancers gynaecologists – 47 women. About 32 women underwent ultrasound diagnosis and 45 women received consultation of psychologist.

In the result, the doctors revealed two possible cases of cancer.
