Senior Researcher-Agricultural/Natural Resource Economist

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- If you have the skills and the passion to lead innovative research on the economics of agricultural and water resources development to influence policies and development outcomes in Central Asia, then you could be the person that the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is looking for.

The research will focus on Central Asia, but the position holder will also have the opportunity to contribute to IWMI’s research programs, globally.

The position holder will be based at IWMI’s Regional Office for Central Asia and Caucasus, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Within IWMI’s matrix management structure, the selected candidate will have a dual reporting line to the respective theme leader on research, and to the Office Head on developing outcomes, partner relations and business development.
