Senate ratifies Uzbek-Turkmen agreement on transfer criminals
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved a law “On ratification of the agreement between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on transfer of persons, convicted for custody, for further service of sentence”.
The agreement was inked on 25 February 2009 in Tashkent city within the official visit of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov to Uzbekistan.
