Senate approves law “On preventing law violation”

The document is directed at further improving legal mechanisms on preventing law violations, improving efficiency of cooperation of subjects on preventing of law violations, ensuring coordination of their activities, systemic nature and orderliness of the measures being taken, as well as the unification of numerous law norms regulating the issues related to the prevention of delinquency.

Senators underlined that adoption of this law will allow to form single normative and legal base in prevention of law violations, facilitate further consolidation of law and order, creative effective and multilayered system of prevention of violations, protect human rights and interests.
