Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved a law “On trade unions”.

The law establishes the basic principles of the activity of trade unions, guarantees of observance of the rights of trade unions, their associations.

In addition, state support is provided for the activities of trade unions, guarantees of property rights of trade unions, guarantees for workers who are released and not exempted from work in production, elected to the bodies of trade unions, additional labor guarantees for workers elected to the bodies of trade unions.
