Senate approve amendments to some legislative acts

Senators underlined that the law will ensure creation of necessary legal conditions for efficient implementation of the concept of tax and budget policy for 2015, implementation of some decisions of the president, as well as single use of laws.

The documents introduces changes and amendments to law “On guarantee of freedom of entrepreneurship activities”, “On state pension provision of the citizens”, Tax Code and Code on administrative responsibility.

Senators said that the law will decrease tax burden to business entities and population, simplify taxation system, strengthen income of local budgets and improve tax administration.
