Senate appoints new ambassador of Uzbekistan to Japan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan appointed new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Japan.
Senators adopted a resolution on appointment of Hamidulla Karamatov as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Japan.
Karamatov will replace at the post Mirsobit Achilov, who had worked in the post from August 2001.
Prior to appointment, Hamidulla Karamatov was working as the First Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan.
