Seminar on new law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities” held

Representatives of enterprises, which are part of the State Committee of Uzbekistan for communication, information and telecommunication technologies, attended the event, the press service of the committee underlined.

The law regulates relations in the area of appeals of individuals and legal entities to the state bodies and institutions.

The law guarantees that individuals and legal entities have right to appeal to the state bodies.

The law introduced notion as Electronic Appeal, which envisages that the legal entities and individuals can submit appeals in electronic forms with use of electronic digital signature or other identification means.

The appeals, which have no name of individual or legal entity, their address or provided false information, will be considered as anonymous.

The law has separate chapter on guaranteeing rights of individuals and legal entities to appeal.
