Sektör Kimya Plans Partnership with Ferghana Region in the Chemical Industry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Hokim of Ferghana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, held a meeting with Yusuf Bodur, CEO of the Turkish company Sektör Kimya, one of Turkey’s leading manufacturers of cleaning and hygiene products.

Sektör Kimya is a major company headquartered in Istanbul, with production facilities located in the industrial zone of Konya.

The company produces household cleaning products under the brand Mr Oxy, as well as personal hygiene and cosmetic products under the brand Dr Lory, in addition to manufacturing for other brands. Approximately half of the products are exported to more than 70 countries, with a portfolio exceeding 1,000 items and monthly sales surpassing two million units.

During the meeting, Yusuf Bodur provided a detailed overview of the company’s operations and presented a video showcasing its production processes.

The Hokim noted that this sector is actively developing in Uzbekistan as well and highlighted the significant potential of the Ferghana Valley and surrounding regions for market growth. He proposed establishing cooperation between enterprises of the two countries.

At the conclusion of the discussion, the parties agreed to further familiarize themselves with the company’s activities and to continue developing their partnership.
