School, constructed by Uzbekistan, opens in Osh
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An educational school, constructed by Uzbekistan, opened in Osh (Kyrgyzstan), the press service of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan said.
Chairman of the Senate of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldashev and Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan Dastanbek Djumabekov took part in an opening ceremony of the school. This school was built in accordance with the intergovernmental agreement of Uzbekistan with Kyrgyzstan.
Specialists of Uzbek companies built a new school building. The old school building was demolished. In parallel, the specialists have thoroughly repaired the second building, connecting each of its floors with the new building with corridors.
The three-story school building with all modern facilities is designed for 630 seats. It also has a sports hall, an assembly hall, a medical center, a dining room and a summer sports complex.
Uzbekistan equipped classrooms and laboratories with inventory, and provided 56 computers, 33 TV sets and 6 projectors.
