Savdogarbank to place shares for 65bn soums

Savdogarbank will place shares for 65 billion soums on closed subscription.
According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will place 650 million common shares. The par value of one share is 100 soums.
All shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription.
