The enterprise held a solemn ceremony dedicated to the memorable event was held in Samarkand with participation of representatives of ISUZU Motors, Itochu Corporation, Uzavtosanoat and others.

The model was developed with participation of Uzbek designers and engineers. The bus meets O’zDSt 35.110: 2011 standards. The bus is based on ISUZU chassis of NPR82L with the engine model 4HV1.

Advisor to general director of SamAuto Bakhodir Suleymanov said that production of the 30,000th vehicle is a great achievement for SamAuto and the industry as a whole.

He said that this model represents a new generation of environmentally friendly transport, operating on natural gas. Meeting all the euro-standards, it promises to become one of the most popular representatives in its segment of urban passenger transport.

The commercial vehicle maker also presents its new low-floor city bus LE60. The journalists, who attended the ceremony, had chance to test the new bus.

SamAuto also presented other products to the participants, including new ambulances, anti-fire truck, garbage track, water carrier, dump trucks, vans, etc.

The car maker has started to produce vehicles with CNG engines in 2014. In 2014-2017, the plant manufactured over 2,000 units of vehicles with CNG engines.
