Samarkandkimyo to launch production of NPK-fertilizers

The Government included the project to “road map” on financial and economic rehabilitation of insolvent and low profitable enterprises of chemical industry and fuel-energy complex of Uzbekistan.

New capacities will be crated on the bases of Samarkandkimyo open joint stock company. The estimated cost of the project is US$45.5 million. The capacity of NPK-fertilizers production will be 240,000 tonnes a year and polypropylene bags – 5 million units a year.

The enterprise will annually produce goods for 184.8 billon soums and export goods for US$42 million.
