Samarkand and Shaanxi set twin-regions relations

During the signing ceremony, it was noted that Samarkand region and Shaanxi province have enough opportunities and potential for strengthening interaction and cooperation in economy, culture, tourism and science.

At the event, the memorandum on establishing twin-region relations between Samarkand region and Shaanxi province was signed.

The document in Samarkand was signed by Deputy governor of Samarkand region Hayriddin Hujayorov and Deputy Governor of Shaanxi province Zhuang Changxing.

The Chinese guests familiarized with historic monuments and modern architecture buildings of Samarkand.

Currently, there are 29 joint ventures with the Chinese capital. They produce construction materials, products of light industry, chemical industry, packing materials, scooters and others.
