Sales of GM Uzbekistan in Russia fell by 58% in May

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan sold more than 5,180 Ravon cars in Russia in January-May 2018, which is 40% more than in the same period of 2017. This was reported by the Automobile Manufacturers Committee of the Association of European Businesses.

In May 2018, the company’s sales fell 58% compared to the same period in 2017 - up to 508 vehicles.

The share of GM Uzbekistan in the Russian market in January-May 2018 was 0.7% compared to 0.6% for the same period in 2017, the committee said.

In May 2018, GM Uzbekistan took the 28th place on the volume of sold cars in Russia. None of the models of GM Uzbekistan was included in the Top-25 bestsellers in the reporting period.
