Russian Supreme Court delegation visits Uzbekistan

During the meeting it was noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia has been developing in many areas, particularly in the judicial system, an important legal basis of which are the agreements reached at the meetings of the heads of the two states, UzA reported.

Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation highly appraised the results of large-scale reforms, implemented in Uzbekistan in order to ensure the rule of law and social justice, protection of rights and interests of citizens.

During the talks, the sides discussed issues of the current state and prospects of cooperation between legal authorities of the two countries, as well as to further expand and strengthen the relationship and mutual exchange of experience in this field.
