The project was implemented by the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Public Education and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Russian Humanitarian Mission (Russia) and International Women’s Fund "Woman of the East". The project is aimed at promoting the Russian language in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Participants and guests familiarized themselves with classes, equipped with the most modern technical equipment: combined and innovative interactive whiteboards, with the appropriate software, video projectors, audio and video equipment.

Laptops and multifunction printers were handed over to school to help teachers. The classes will help to improve teaching of Russian language and literature, as well as share experience in teaching Russian with the use of ICT.

The Russian Center for Science and Culture in Tashkent donated a mini-library to the school, which included educational, methodological, scientific and educational literature, as well as visual aids in the Russian language.

Representatives of state and non-state bodies of Uzbekistan and Russia, teachers, unanimously noted in their speeches the importance of studying the Russian language. After all, Russian is the language of interethnic communication in the most multinational Uzbekistan and promotes better mutual understanding and strengthening of ties in the most diverse spheres of the two countries.
