Russian envoys in CA to gather in Tashkent

Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and State Secretary Grigory Karasin will chair the meeting.

Ambassadors of Russia to Afghanistan, Kazakhsan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia will participate at the meeting.

The meeting is aimed at considering regional situation in Afghanistan in the context of pulling out military forces from Afghanistan, agreeing ways and methods on implementation of the relations with the Central Asian states, etc.

The meeting will also consider current work of Russian missions in the region, their equipment and provision with cadres.
