Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new high-tech enterprise, ELEMERT, specializing in the production of control and measuring instruments and automation systems, has officially opened in the Chemical and Industrial Technopark “Chirchik.” The plant’s production capacity is estimated at 1,500 units per year.
The project was implemented in partnership with the Russian company ELEMER, a recognized leader in instrumentation and industrial automation with 33 years of successful experience.
ELEMER’s products are widely used across leading enterprises in the chemical, engineering, and metallurgical industries, as well as in oil and gas extraction and transportation, thermal and nuclear energy — including facilities operated by the Rosatom State Corporation.
The establishment of ELEMERT in Uzbekistan is part of ELEMER Group’s strategy to expand its international presence. The group includes a scientific and technical center, a metrology laboratory, service divisions, and a network of offices across Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.
Localizing production in Chirchik will provide industrial enterprises in the region with modern and reliable measuring and automation equipment, reduce dependence on imports, and enhance the technological competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s domestic industry.
