Rules for the transportation of household waste set

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The Ministry of Justice passed the registration of a decree “On the Approval of the Rules for the Transportation of Household Waste”.

In accordance with the decree, the Rules for the transportation of household waste were approved in a new version, and the order of the Director General of the Uzbek Agency “Uzkommunkhizmat” “On approval of the Rules for the transportation of household waste” (reg. No. 2625, 11/12/2014) was invalidated.

The rules define, inter alia, the following:

- the procedure for organizing the export of household waste;

- the procedure for loading and transporting solid, liquid, bulky and construction waste;

- the procedure for disposing of household waste at landfills (landfills);

- the procedure for determining the directions of movement of vehicles specializing in the transport of waste;

- requirements for a specialized vehicle and its crew, as well as for environmental protection.
