The document is aimed at effective implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on organized recruitment and involvement of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for temporary work in the territory of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the document, the Agency is provided with a personal cabinet on the ROSTRUD Information Portal “Work in Russia”, where it can post information about citizens of Uzbekistan wishing to carry out temporary labor migration in Russia and also have access to information on vacancies available in Russia .

The agency will provide ROSTRUD with information on the facts of violation of labor rights of migrant workers from Uzbekistan in the territory of Russia, including non-payment of wages and accidents at work, including death cases at work with fatalities.

The agency will also send requests to ROSTRUD for information on the existence (absence) of facts of violation of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation with respect to Russian employers.
