Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the IT Park Uzbekistan headquarters between Mahliyo Muksinova, Director of Export Development of Services, and a delegation from the Romanian IT company Accesa, led by Chief Financial Officer Rares Breaza.

During the visit, Accesa representatives confirmed the successful registration of their company in Uzbekistan and officially announced plans to open an office in Tashkent.

Accesa is one of the leading European providers of IT solutions, with over 20 years of experience in business digital transformation. Founded in 2004 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, the company operates across European markets, particularly in the DACH region, the United Kingdom, and Nordic countries, focusing on retail, manufacturing, and financial sectors.

Uzbekistan was chosen as a strategic expansion location due to the rapid development of its digital infrastructure, favorable business climate, and support from IT Park Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the progress made so far. Accesa successfully completed the company registration process through the One-Stop Shop (OSS) platform with assistance from the IT Park team. Additionally, consultancy was provided on legal and accounting matters, as well as support in finding office premises.

Negotiations with legal and financial institutions were conducted in preparation for operational activities.

As part of the Local to Global program, productive meetings were held between Accesa and four IT Park residents — Uzinfocom, UIC Group, Tune Consulting, and Proximaops. The purpose of these meetings was to establish partnerships with local IT companies for outsourcing services and joint project implementation. Such cooperation not only facilitates Accesa’s successful entry into the Uzbek market but also opens new opportunities for domestic companies to access international clients and integrate into European markets.

The opening of Accesa’s office in Tashkent is the result of a consistent dialogue that began in June 2024 and reflects the growing interest of European IT companies in Uzbekistan. IT Park continues to provide comprehensive support to international companies in the Uzbek market and to strengthen the country’s position as a key digital services hub in the region.
